Duncan Heger is a rising director known for blending classic storytelling with a sharp modern edge.

He began as an in-house director at a major sports agency, working with athletes like Jared Goff and Cooper Kupp, before joining STADIUM, where he rose from intern to Creative Lead. His breakout LAFC campaign starring Will Ferrell earned over one billion organic impressions, and his adidas campaign set an MLS jersey sales record. Duncan has directed work for adidas, Visa, Delta, Best Buy, Under Armour, the NFL, The North Face, and Humane World for Animals. He’s built trust with talent like Will Ferrell, Kevin Bacon, Jason Sudeikis, Jane Lynch, Tom Brady, Travis Barker, Ian Wright, and a real racehorse that showed up fashionably late to a dinner party.

In 2025, he was shortlisted for Shots' New Director of the Year, AICP’s Best New Director, and named to SHOOT Online’s New Director Showcase.
